Blood Tribe Health Administration Building - Cladding Project (Synergy Construction)
Joca-West Construction Ltd. worked with Synergy Construction on the exterior cladding for the new Blood Tribe Health Administration Building. Our scope covered the full building envelope: weather-resistive membrane, rigid insulation, subframing, and the metal panel system. The design combines pre-formed metal siding on the main walls with flat architectural metal panels in a darker tone around the window openings and along the upper fascia, giving the building a clean two-tone finish. The envelope was built to handle southern Alberta's wind and temperature swings while keeping the maintenance demands low for the Blood Tribe community.
